If a business is “Not a DropThought Location” yet, customers can still share feedback with the DropThought mobile app and DropThought will contact the business to share the feedback with them. Customers can also encourage businesses to become DropThought-enabled locations by showing the DropThought mobile app to that business’ manager. The manager can download the “DT Manager” app to review and respond to the DropThought instant feedback that customers are providing.
